Place is an old apartment complex.  Futon/couch needs to be upgrade and clean.  Apartment is big enough for two people.  Fridge did not cool well, and stove was hard to get it to come on.  Windows need a good cleaning in order to enjoy the nice view.  If you are expecting all the comforts of a hotel this not the place for you.  Place is quiet and near to lots of good spots.  Overall, not too bad for the price.

Needs some fixer upper to get a 4 or 5 star.

Day of check-in contacted the so called host and advised him the stove top was not working properly. Also the TV in the bedroom did not work. He said he would visit the following day after 2:00. He never showed up. Two days later my contacted him and he was very rude to her.  He spoke to her very ugly and she was communicating with him in Spanish. He finally agreed to send someone the next day but once again never bothered to have anyone come to fix the issues. Also he had agreed to exchange the towels and bed sheets since we would be staying 9 nights In this apartment. She reminded him of this and you guessed it he did not do this either. If we had not prepaid our stay we would have changed to another hotel since with all these issues and the apartment also having towels that were old and more like rags I would have not stayed at this location. I very seldom ever send in a review and let alone a negative one. I felt this time it was important to send in this review. Again, this so called host could care less about any issues once he received the funds for the apartment. Also be aware his temperament is unacceptable! Terrible experience for what was suppose to be a nice vacation for my wife and I.

Terrible experience! Never again!

0/5. Terrible service, only gave one key and one beeper for the parking for 2 cars. A/Cs didn't work, the shower flooded, the pillows they gave were COMPLETELY STAINED. They also asked for a $400 deposit and claimed they would return it by the end of the stay and 5 months later, Im still waiting and they don't answer the phone nor my emails. 
Don't stay here.

TERRIBLE!

I like the apartment but there was thing some was not working like the stove and I was warm up soup in microwave and it blew out but that can happen A element might been going bad. I did know the WiFi. Everything was ok I could walk from the apartment too place to eat and store like Walmart.

I dont even know where to begin but im gonna keep it real. no where to park while checking in, your greeted by a security guard who should be guarding not checking people in and out ( he was good people ) too bad the unit we got was nasty, pictures on website do no justice, pillows were yellow as were the towels and blankets bed was old..really disappointed, we were so disgusted we actually left and drove to Luquillo and stayed at my in-laws. On a Positive note, i want to recognize Jessica, she went out of her way and show the true meaning of customer care, She was our Positive in this whole ordeal, Thank you Jessica...Do not stay there, spend the extra money and stay at real hotel.

Very Disappointed!!

I have to say this place was amazing. The staff were very courteous One of the staff I believe his name was Rafael was very very helpful and made us feel very welcome. I rented a one bedroom apartment which had every amenity needed for our stay.Great location near Old San Juan, Condado and highways near by very close to the beaches. We had a great view out our window. I would definitely come back again. I would like to Thank everyone for making our stay a wonderful one.

Vacation 2019

This place was horrible! It smelled of Urine in our Room! No Towels except what was in the Room upon arrival and none replaced! The Staff was so unprofessional! We were 4 Women and the Towels that were in the room were the only ones! No fresh towels. no additional shampoo, etc. Our area smelled of Urine! I would never send anyone there! We were lied to by Bryan! When I called Bryan said someone would be in the room daily to tidy up! Lie! Coffee pot broken, stove top broken! Horror!

AWFUL EXPERIENCE!

Hotel accommodation in San Juan is expensive. Chose this accommodation because of price which was a mistake. Not an easy place to find. Limited staff. Full kitchen with limited utensils. Bed okay, but bathroom floor dirty and tired. Not a good choice for overnight accommodation as no eating facility close by for food, especially breakfast. Would not recommend. Multi functional building, but most places vacant.

Better accommodation available

This has been the worse place I ever stayed. It took me a hour to locate the room after going in circles around the building. I called for directions and the people hung up the phone numerous of times. I had to find my own way. The room had a horrible smell to it. The bathroom was not as clean and had a bad smell. I was in room 1016. I was so upset because the blanket had stains and sheets didn't look clean. I didn't notice it until my last day.

would never stay there again, the guy was very rude and they only provided one towel so I requested more but was never provided. I had to go buy water at 10PM and a hair dryer cause they did not have any

I was totally disappointed with the property. it looks like an abandoned building, had trouble finding it,
