Staffing was very nice and helpful. Beautiful property. Definitely will stay here again. Everything you will need and want is close by.

The property owners communication was fantastic and very welcoming. We had the two bdrm suite and it was very nice. Beds were comfortable, everything was clean, sofa folds out to entire bed. I would stay here again.

The junior suite was very spacious & comfortable. The floors just felt a bit grainy. Not sure if it was just texture or just needed sweeping. The bed is lower profile to ground & may be difficult for some. Lastly, locale is on a busier street, so checking in and dropping off luggage is a little of a challenge if you rent a car. But there is an outdoor & free parking lot that is 1/2 block away. Despite the busy street, there is not any road noise from within the suite.

We stayed for Las Sanse and it was a great location to get to the shuttles down the road that took you all the way to Viejo San Juan. The hotel itself was so gorgeous and staff was so friendly. Check-in was great and having parking nearby was super helpful. Highly recommend!

Great stay and confortable and big suites

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful hotel. The communication was excellent, everything was clean, and we were pleasantly surprised by the kitchenette and high ceilings. Only drawback was some noise from the street.

This was a beautiful property.  Small, but quaint and very spacious. We were surprised by the size of rhe room! Loved the hot tub and privacy, and would definitely stay here again!

Great location, clean room and lots of good food nearby. Would def recommend.

Urban Boutique Oasis

No communication, we were not told anything and some staff would walk by and not say anything. Only one lady toward the end saw us in the hot tub and told us there were towels they preferred us to use and provided them. The air conditioner on our last day was spitting water on the floor. The internet was extremely poor and had no way to watch the tv untill I mirrored my phone to the tv. It was a small room but quaint. However there were two of us and we were there for 7 days with only a bed, tv on wall and 1 side table and small stoolin the other corner and  nowhere to put our clothes but the suitcases and the floor. No dresser and only hanging rack with 6 hangers and limited space.

Our stay at Patio Elba was great. The front desk was very welcoming and nice! They held our luggage for 2 hours before our check-in. We got to take advantage of the hot tub & absolutely loved the soft pillows in they had in our room! The lighting in the bathroom is not the best but other than that, we loved our stay.

Check in was very easy and convenient. Even got to do early check-in. Hotel room did not have a window. Shower drain was clogged with hair (not mine) and went down slowly and spread water in the bathroom. The hotel itself was a beautiful property but the area felt unsafe at times. We only felt safe walking around at night because there was a massive cultural heritage celebration.

We came in late after a flight and stayed one night, but I want to stay here again when I come back! The unit was very nice, stylish, and clean. The staff was super friendly and the location is great and very close to a great coffee shop and bakery. The neighborhood Santurce is safe and there is nothing to worry about staying here. Loved Patio Elba!

The check in/check out process was super easy! Our room was beautifully decorated, clean, and convenient. The staff were kind and it was a beautiful property with a pretty pool/jacuzzi. The walls are a bit thin, so it was a bit noisy at times but otherwise an incredible stay and can’t wait for our next trip!

I loved my stay here. I went on my first solo trip and it was a 10/10. It was very clean, modern, and in a safe area. There are coffee/resturants in walking distance. There are beaches all around some within 7-11 minutes. The staff were responsive and very helpful with suggestions. The pool & jacuzzi was my favorite part of the stay. When I come back to Puerto Rico. i would stay here everytime. I loved it.

This is a lovingly restored historic building. We had a standard room, which is in the basement, and doesn’t have windows. However, it was nicely appointed and the bed was great. Very quiet. The property overall is beautiful, and the concierge staff was AMAZING. We arrived before check in, and they kept our bags safe while we went out.  They provided more than one excellent recommendation, and they helped us book a 3 am taxi for the airport. The downsides: the direct area feels sketchy, although we didn’t have any bad encounters. And it’s really close (a block or two) to the nice area in Santurce. Our room was ready about an hour later than check in time. This was due to short staffing. We were able to hang out in the pool though. We will consider Patio Elba again for sure.

IT WAS A AMAZING PLACE TO STAY, DO NOT JUDGE THIS PLACE OR AREA BY THE WAY THE INFRASTRUCTURE IS , THATS JUST HOW SAN JUAN IS. THEY DONE A ABSOLUTELY STUNNING JOB TO BRING THIS APARTMENT LIKE HOTEL ALIVE. WE STAYED IN THE PRESIDENTIAL SUITE OR ROOM , IT WAS PERFECT FOR 4 ADULTS S AND 2, CHILDREN. AND U WILL NOW HEAR IT NEIGHBORS.  WE HAD NO COMPLAINTS  5-10 MINS FROM OLD SAN JUAN AND BEACHES, 15 MNS FROM AIRPORT 45 MINS FROM THE RAINFOREST A MUST SEE..
