Very satisfied with everything, service, amenities and quality was excellent!

Great stay.  Front desk people were frie dly, and suggested restaurants nearby.  The place is great and smells of essential oils.  Very close to Centro de Bellas artes, and to Kaiju,  an amazing Japanese fusion restaurant nearby.

The room was very nice and clean and the front desk staff was very helpful.

This hotel is fantastic,  kind and helpful staff, clean rooms.  It smelled fantastic 100 stars.

The hotel accommodation was beyond our expectation.  The Front Desk Clerk, Franny was extremely courteous and professional.  Our interaction with her allowed  us to have a memorable experience on our first visit to Puerto Rico.  She is truly an asset to The Looking Glass Hotel and its customers.  I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to enjoy the local attractions and restaurants.

Wonderful accommodations - one of the best hotel beds ever! Great location with easy access to the variety of locations we were visiting.

I rated Looking Glass good but they were excellent for what they were. We just didn’t realize they weren’t a full service hotel. No elevator, no restaurant, tiny room and they didn’t want toilet paper flushed due to the delicate plumbing. None of this would prevent us from staying again but know what you are booking. Very clean and friendly/helpful staff.

Very noisy as others have mentioned, but they do provide earplugs which helps a bit. The room was small but clean. Bed was hard as a rock. We walked to a nearby restaurant at night and felt safe.  Be aware you have to carry your bags up the stairs. Not a problem for us but I’m sure for some it would be. Cheap, clean, central accommodation for one short night.

This property was renovating the downstairs to include a little deli. The rooms were newly renovated  and comfortable . We felt safe walking around the area. Lots of little local restaurants and bars along the main drag. We found a food truck court. 20 minutes walking distance that was just fabulous. The beach was about 30 to 40 minute walk. Well worth the walk.

Staff was very helpful and responsive, check in was seamless and electronic, the room (on the smaller side) was super clean and bright. Comfortable bed, cold air conditioning and good amenities. I would stay here again and recommend it to others. One thing to note was there is no elevator, so anyone with mobility issues would need to keep in mind stairs are inevitable. Also, have breakfast at Abracadabra!

I truly enjoyed my experience at The Looking Glass Hotel…The staff were amazingly friendly and attentive. When they found out it was my birthday upon my arrival, they surprised me with an upgraded room! I loved the clean, modern design of my room, and the hotel’s location was perfect to Uber for rides to all eateries and tourist attractions! I will definitely recommend this hotel for solo travelers as well!

I absolutely loved it.  Bedding and towels were awesome as well us the use of technology at the property, impressive.Seems to be an area where new investment dollars are being targeted.  Good to see such an important area, ie Condado adjacent (short driving distance) being revitalised.Newly renovated and front desk staff excellent, great use of the space.It is perfect for persons who travels light. Sharing one suggestion, to find a solution for water which sprinkles outside of the shower stall when showering.

I had a great time at my stay at this hotel! it looked almost exactly like the pictures. I loved the modern yet luxurious feel of everything and it was a quick Uber to everywhere we wanted to go including OSJ. Minor issues with room service and sending multiple messages via their messaging system with no response. Wasn’t aware staff left at 8 pm, would be nice if the property was staffed a little later. Also no outlets in the bathroom. But overall  lovely stay and I would stay here again.

This is a central-ish hotel that is close to the city center, and not near the beach. The building is apparently very old, but the hotel was nearly updated. My room faced a city intersection and was a bit noisy, but not too bad. My room was reasonable and a good value. Internet was reliable and the A/C was top notch. My only whine was that there was no hair dryer in the room.

Good Centrally Located Business Hotel in San Juan

Walking distance to the Centro de Belas Artes concert center, the Museo de Art of PR, and the Museo de Arte Contemporaneo, the hotel is located in a safe area with a wide range of restaurants and shops. Rooms are simple, compact, clean and modern. Parking may be found on side streets or paid for separately. Staff was friendly and helpful.
