Completely exceeded our expectations. Really clean, each room had an air conditioner, super good pillows, the balcony was lovely. The staff were all very nice and attentive.

The personnel were very polite and helpful. The property was very clean.  The only issue was the area around the property was very loud.  It seemed that there were street parties or concerts all three nights I was there.

This was my and my boyfriend’s third time to PR and this was by far the best place we’ve stayed and we’ll be back again. The place is spacious, clean, and well maintained. It’s also across the street from an amazing local bar and 5 or 6 minutes from downtown Old San Juan. My only suggestion would be to provide a couple of beach chairs. Would’ve definitely come in handy at the small beaches.

Nando's Place was located in a great, local barrio and we felt welcomed by the staff as well as people around the neighborhood. I loved the apartment we stayed in, it was quiet and had everything we needed. The staff was great at communicating and were willing to help any way they could. I recommend staying here if you are looking for a great stay.

Had reservations to stay here two nights but had to abandon the place after the first.  The biggest problem was that the claim of air conditioning is NOT true.  Having a single window AC unit in the bedroom which does nothing to cool the rest of the unit, including the second sleeping area in the main room, does not count as "air-conditioned."  Granted, this would likely not be an issue if it was not 110 degrees in June but this is specifically why I reserved locations with air conditioning during our trip.  I am very irritated that I was not refunded for the second night even though I notified them of the reason why we would not be staying before the first night even fell.  The unit was not air-conditioned - period.  The second issue was the location.  Yes, technically, it was within a reasonable walk to Old San Juan but the surrounding neighborhood to get there is massively sketchy and there is no way we would walk anywhere after the sun went down.  Third, the included parking was non-existent.  I was told the parking lot was across the street from a bakery and that the bakery staff routinely parked there when they were not supposed to.  While we were told efforts would be made to have someone move their car, this never happened and we luckily were able to find a spot on the street but that was essentially a miracle given the state of parking in the area.

Beautiful, clean, and felt safe. Close enough to scooter to old san juan. Loved Nando's place :)

Wow! GREAT location! A fifteen minute walk to an awesome beach with lots of locals. A twenty minute walk to Old San Juan. A great bakery on the block and an open space gallery with food and drinks. The room was very clean and it had an awesome private balcony. I will stay at Nando’s Place again!
