Family owned and operated. Tiffany and Ivette were very helpful and attentive. The property is very private, with its own pool, and right on the ocean so you can hear the waves. Very peaceful ad relaxing.

I found this place by accident. But I’m glad that I did. It was very clean. The owner is very friendly and knows what she expects out of her guests. She’s very stern but very friendly. I can tell that she’s probably been burned in the past with careless guests. So we tried extra hard to make her feel comfortable and let her know that we would take care of her place like we would do our own humble home here in Miami. I plan to visit again. This property was actually only 17 minutes from my families house. It was perfect!

Been there twice, yes , not a resort getaway but a quiet place to relax when you day of tourism is done, if you are an extremely light sleeper, do not recommend location as SJU out bounds do fly over, never bothered me.  Plenty of places to eat if you enjoy deep fried and seafood, otherwise a place to relax was all I was looking for while on Vacation.  they provided all our needs while we were there on 2 separate occasions and will be returning again, possibly to rent the entire place, in 2023 for a family vacation.  as for security, all gates are locked at night as well as having access to a garage for your rental vehicle so it is not messed with, you are given full access to the place as the supply you with keys to room, beach gate, garage as well as garage door opener for access to garage. another line of security is the police station is right across the main road, not far at all. this is as honest a review as I can give about any place I have been. truly enjoyed my time on the Island as well as the place I chose to relax at

Amazing property. We were a group of 7 friends. It exceeded our expectations. Close to everything! To the airport, grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, beaches and tourist attractions. The apartments have a kitchen with utensils perfect to prepare breakfast and other meals. The beds were comfortable. All the whole property was super clean and well maintained. The view of the ocean from the second is phenomenal and provides a lot of calm. Beautiful pool, huge backyard with direct access to the beach and boardwalk which is literally behind the house. The waves are usually strong. The hosts do not recommend it for swimming, but it is perfect for sunbathing and cooling off on the shore. 

The area is really nice. You could get traffic from locals and tourists alike during weekends. We were approximately 20 minutes away from popular areas such as Old San Juan, La Placita and 35 minuets from the rainforest. Property counts with garage parking. There were a bunch casual and local restaurants within walking distance too, perfect to get some finger food, lunch or dinner. Amazing food! Get Trifongo at Mi Casita Seafood! Wow! We enjoyed a very good and relaxed vacation. Great hosts, super nice and very responsive, helpful with tips and local suggestions. Some Covid protocols in place due to the pandemic but that’s expected of course. Communication with them was great and clear rules/instructions were provided to us. I would hands down recommend this property to anyone looking to visit Puerto Rico. Looking forward to booking again with them!

Beautiful & Clean Guesthouse plus Friendly Staff

Too expensive for what you get. They put a hold of $350 to your credit card. In a room with a queen bed the will not allow a child of 6 years old to stay with their parents. The beach is not for swimming and it is hard to get access to it. The pool is beautiful but too small.

The property was as pictured and really clean. But the older lady was very unpleasent. Before we arrived at the property both her and her daughter knew I didn't speak Spanish. I arrived early to find out where the property was located. The mother let us check in early. But I had not brought with me the credit card that I made the deposit with. So that created an issue. After that was taken care of the lady seem to have an attitude with me because of our inability to communicate efficiently.The room was nice but unfortunately there was a huge crack in the glass door, the lock on the door was messed up, the cable was going in and out. And while I was washing the dishes while making dinner the sick was leaking and water getting on the floor.When they arrived the daughter told us that because everything was going wrong, we would have to leave the property that night and that they would give us a full refund. At that point it was pouring rain. She looked online and found us a place close by. Then told me that they would hold the room for 20 minutes. Both of them were standing around like I was going to trash the place. When I asked her if she was really kicking us out in the rain the daughter said "a little rain never hurt anyone and you have an umbrella". I would not recommend this property if you don't speak Spanish. The place was nice and the beach and boardwalk behind it was beatuiful. But the way they treated us (it was me and my 11 year old son) was unacceptable.

Tiffany, the property manager was super helpful and outgoing.  The pool area was very nice, and having the beach and boardwalk directly behind the property, with a private access was so nice!

Amazing, i reserved 2 rooms, both were equally nice and comfortable. The pool was perfect, ocean waves crashing right out front, lots of places to eat and drink around hotel.

Will revisit

The property is a diamond in the rough.  The home is wonderful; really enjoyed the hammock, the access to the beach and the pool was sparkling and inviting.  We are so grateful for the wonderful stay, we enjoyed every moment. There is a wooden walkway and it leads to wonderful restaurants and locals enjoy the area.  Owners are very helpful and will accommodate to ensure you have a wonderful time.  A lot of thought was placed in decoration and appearance.  Our family will visit again.
