It was very good, clean, quiet place. Very nice and profesional staff. Good coffee.I will go back any time .

Overall great safe very safe local and affordable

The property is great for the price especially in comparison to ones 15-20 minutes down the road. The lady Anna at the front desk is super amazing! So friendly and helpful! There are several options for great authentic Puerto Rican food super close and even a shopping mall and several other food options about 15 minutes away. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent place to state , fair price and comfortable, staff very friendly and respectful.

It is affordable and near a public beach.

Close to Lemy bakery and track field for exercise.

Front desk was so sweet and amazing, the room was clean and spacious… great if you want to be inside Puerto Rico for a couple days and don’t want to stay in a tourist spot hotel. Thank you so much to the staff we enjoyed our stay

I chose this hotel based on previous traveler ratings. I didn’t want to spend $250-300 per night on a business trip so I chose this place  at $130 per night. It’s not too far out of town and close to Bayamón where I had business. Ana, the owner or caretaker- not sure - was super pleasant and immediately put up with my poor Spanish. She speaks no English. She showed us our rooms, delivered bottled water and just left us alone. She’s super cool. The rooms are basic- kinda like Mexico on a budget. It’s super clean, smells clean and the bed was king size and decent. No frills people. I would stay here again in a minute. My wife would not. She wasn’t traveling with me but I just know her.The neighborhood seems sketchy but was not. The neighbors are Puerto Rican, which means, they are nice and pleasant but they love their loud music. Not a problem for me. I love PR people. Bring your own shampoo, shower soap and a wash cloth or scrunchy- it’s basic here. I had hot water, in Room 13 my boss did not in Room 8- if that helps. You can find great places to eat nearby in Dorado or there is a food truck near the hotel that loves their music. I think I saw a pool online when I booked the place. Never saw a pool.Again, Ana was great!!

A good business trip

Stayed one night to be closer to the airport from our previous destination. There was a little bit of a language barrier trying to find our Expedia reservation but we assured them we already had a reservation and thankfully it was found. The property is an older building but it was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The walls are paper thin and you can hear every cough, and conversation. Another guests phone alarm went on for hours at one point in the night and that was difficult to sleep through. The tv didn’t work for us but the Wi-Fi was fine. The ac was cold and that was a plus. We also had dinner at one of the restaurants that was a short 3 minute walk from the hotel and it was one of the best meals of the trip. Everyone around us was very nice and pleasant. I wouldn’t have stayed more than the one night personally due to the noise in the building but it served it’s purpose and would be good for anyone needing to stay somewhere one night or in a pinch.

OverLl, the place looks clean from the outside and inside. However, a knott of long hair was left on the floor next to the trash can from previous visitor. I also found dirt, a cigarret and large hair pin between bed and headboard. I reported this and it was cleaned.Shower had very dull  water pressure. The bathroom sink mixer handle was broken off for the cold water.i advised and they said the knew. Mixer is cheap, made of plastic.No hot water. Over priced in my opinion. Its ok if your in a pinch or budget and plan to spend ALL DAY out. Parking limited to 5-6 spots at front of building.

Potential but needs improvement

The hotel is located just off the main road and close to many businesses. The area is a neighborhood so there are many, many loud noises especially with people playing music late into the night. The room is small, the lighting is poor, the hot water is non-existent, there are no wash cloths, you get two towels for the duration of stay, there is a mini ironing board, a mini-fridge that does not get cold, very limited TV channels, no-one at the front station after 6 pm and because no-one is monitoring the hotel in plain view, other guests can be very disruptive. We would not recommend this hotel except for in a pinch.

Not worth the price...at all.

We frequently attend cycling events in the area and they are super understanding of cyclists needs, while been far/close enough to most of the area races. Rooms have what you need for a pre-race rest, and with enough space for those jittery last minute bike checks.

The hotel was very clean and close to good areas to visit.

A good value for money option. Owners very friendly and room was fine. There are bars and restaurants quite close by and parking in front of the hotel
