Beach was two min walk, property really clean. Oven view not so good, rough building in the way. Otherwise everything was really nice. Rooftop small but nice views and good food.

I didn’t like the view. Buildings adjacent to the property needed updating and maintenance.

Awesome property! Will stay here again, 5 stars!

The airport noise is constant.The property is not right on the beach. The restaurant has a very limited menu.

Our stay at Casa Costera couldn't have been better. It was seconds to the beautiful Isla Verde Beach. Our one bedroom apartment was huge with a full kitchen and washer/dryer in the unit.  The rooftop pool and hot tub were a great feature of the property.  There are some restaurants around the property and it is a close uber ride to San Juan.

Upon arrival, our rooms were not ready, even though we arrived two hours past check-in. The front desk staff was unhelpful and insisted I had reserved only one room, despite my confirmation of two partial ocean view queen rooms. After I provided the confirmation email, she found the second reservation but insisted we could only have a different style room if we wanted them immediately—not an upgrade. Ultimately, I settled for the same room type on separate floors, which made managing my kids challenging.On a positive note, the rooms were beautiful and the location was perfect. Most staff members were friendly, and the manager worked hard to resolve the situation, though we still had to wait. While you can hear airplanes from the rooftop, it wasn’t an issue while sleeping. Overall, it was a mixed experience with some hiccups.

I want so bad to give this property a 5 star rating. The staff at the front desk were absolutely wonderful. They gave us a beautiful room with a fantastic view!  I will be forever thankful for this wonderful week here. The zul restaurant was great. Had some really good Tacos. The room was clean and the beds are nice. It was also helpful to have access to laundry while we were there. Here's the not so good, and the reason for the 4 rating.... the hot tub is not a hot tub. It's cold. Not much different than the pool temp, which is also cold. The shower in the room has a rain head. That's it. So unless you plan on washing your hair everyday, it's hard to shower with this abusive shower head. And lastly, the towel/ wash cloth situation. We stayed 7 nights. I asked on day 4 for fresh bathroom items and finally on day 7 we got fresh wash clothes and towels.   They also lacked in the pool towels. Would I stay here again?  Yes,  I would. But I do hope they fix those few things.

The hotel was excellent and Hiram took extra care to handle any issue we had. One thing that would stop us from coming back is not related to the property, but the frequent power outages that can interrupt any plans you make. We had to severely curtail our plans for a couple of days because of that. What was surprising is that those who live there were so used to it, that we never knew that the island was without power until we traveled all the way to the mall, only to find out it was closed. Making calls to the venues was not helpful and the front desk never informed us that it was a problem...we actually found out from family back in the US who were texting us to see if we were safe.

Great place, no power!

The pool area was very nice. Great views and breeze from its rooftop layout which served us comfortably to accommodate us in wait of few hours after checkout while waiting for our airport transfer with flights back home. The staff was SUPERB!! Like no other. Room was awesome and Beds were so comfortable you don't care to wake up. I will return here as long as they keep the staff because we received A grand treatment in special mention of: Marian and Alondra-FOH very BEST! Alex, Barbara and Xeli, plus parking attendant Hiram. All of them worth in honor. Thank you for making my stay the VERY BEST. Muchas Bendiciones y Felicidades.

It was a beautiful place. The staff was extremely nice. We did have a hiccup on the 1st 2 nights but over all a very nice establishment. Omar the engineer was out of this world. Ivy the manager was extremely accommodating. The front desk staff was courteous, and kind. I will go back. The rooms look just as the sight picture. The room was extremely clean. My husband was a commercial cleaner and this place was top notch.

I pleasant stay

This property was great! Customer service was 10/10. Access to almost everything nearby was less than 10 min. Being as though this property was so close Ubers were only $4-13. Isla verde Beach was a 1 min walk away, you could see the beach from the balcony. Anything as far as request with the property were taken seriously and handled very quickly. I called the desk when I noticed my microwave power was off and they assured me someone would come up to resolve the problem. In less than 5 min someone was knocking on my door and quickly fixed the problem. Facility was clean, and a plus was the onsite laundry facility and complimentary laundry pods. I was able to go back home with all clean clothes checking off one extra thing to do once I returned home. This property was truly great and made my first puerto Rico experience even better. Very beautiful, would stay here again next time I visit PR.. deck top was very nice , and front desk is very helpful. If I had to say something negative it would be the hot tub wasn’t hot enough but warm that’s all.. other than that literally a min walking distance to the beach and views were beautiful of the ocean.

The property is a great find for the Isla Verde area en PR. The rooms are very comfortable, clean,  and well appointed. The check in was easy, and the employees all very friendly and helpful. My only peeve was that the bed mattress could be more comfortable, as it had a slight deep towards the center, and the pillows were so high profile that I could not use them, and had to sleep without. The pillows were great to sit on the bed and watch TV, though. The area around the hotel is not the best safe wise at night time, but that is not the property’s fault. The other buildings surrounding the hotel are in need of TLC, which also is not in any measure anything the Hotel can control. The parking in the hotel is limited, but they do offer a near by parking lot that is gated during the night. Overall, our experience staying at Casa costera was very positive, and we will recommend it to our family and friends. Please do offer some low profile pillows for your future guests that might have neck issues. Thank you for our lovely stay.

Everything went great from checkin to just the stay and even check out. It was a sweet and smooth process, the staff were kind patient and professional which I appreciate it very much being that I travel often and I’ve came across unpleasant experiences is in my past. One the reasons I’ll definitely be coming back to Puerto Rico. Have already recommended 4 people. Thank you all!
