Great place if you’re doing 1-2 nights. Had everything we need for the 2 nights we stayed.

The neighborhood appears sketchier than it really is. The 3 bedroom apartment was beautiful!!! The bedroom off the street was too noisy and you could hear everything outside which made for a sleepless night. We just stayed one night but it’s a great place to revisit.

We stayed here for our cruise and it was perfect. So clean, we had wine left for us . Very comfortable bed !

Great for a place to land while exploring San Juan! Includes all the creature comforts of home.  Clean & comfortable room and bath, bottled water, coffee, and PARKING!!!  Jorge goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything that you need to enjoy your stay.

It's fairly new and the room we stayed in was very good. The property had water bottles available for all people staying in their property. While the property was located in an older neighborhood, it was very safe area and had many nice restaurants nearby. The host was very responsive to any questions we had. Will stay again if we plan on visiting San Juan.

Hotel room and common area was well-taken care of and clean. Hotel staff were friendly and easy to contact via text. Cleaning staff were responsive and friendly. Very good support for English speakers. Marc Anthony room was similar in space to New York City hotel room - not spacious but perfectly adequate. On street level, windows have tinting but in the evening you should close the blinds for full privacy. Excellent food, Walmart, Marshalls, fruit market, beaches within 30 min walking distance. Santurce Art Walk is just two blocks away, beaches to the north Outside the hotel (early 2025), Santurce has a lower-SES feel to the west and south of the hotel. People will beg you for money at times. Walking at night was mostly comfortable - more empty than threatening. Parking is _very_ tight on the street. Casa Ciana has a lot that is usually available, but I think using Uber to get to and from the hotel is much more useful and then renting from the nearby locations to travel beyond Old San Juan. Street noise is generally low throughout the night.Practice your Spanish or bring a translater, bring some cash, and visit Restaurant Omayra next door to get some _authentic_ PR food. Or try the food trucks - we didn't get to them this time.I'd stay here again for sure.

We stayed 1 night before our cruise. It was perfect.

Very clean place with comfortable amenities! Shower was clogged so in standing water which was not fun, but otherwise was great!

Lovely place to stay in Santurce, San Juan

I’ve visited San Juan multiple times and this was my first time not staying slightly outside of the Condado area. With that said I was super impressed with Casa Ciana’s overall cleanliness, offered amenities and how spacious the 2 bedroom suite was. Our host Jorge was super helpful and accommodating as well. If there are rooms available on my next visit, Casa Ciana will have my business.

I had a fantastic experience at this place! The location was perfect—within walking distance to some incredible restaurants. The space was very clean and tidy, and I truly appreciated the thoughtful touch of a wine bottle gift. Unfortunately, I was only there for one night, so I didn’t get to enjoy it. A big shoutout to my host, Jorge, who was exceptional and made my stay even better. Highly recommend!

I loved the beautiful lobby area, which had a fridge with plenty of bottles of water, as well as a K-Cup Pod Coffee Maker with coffee pods and tea available. The room was comfortable and very clean. There were cookies and drinks as a welcome gift. The parking space was a plus, given that finding accommodations with parking in the metro area can be challenging. Very close to nice restaurants and popular areas in San Juan.  I'll definitely stay here again. ❤️

Back again for a little birthday outing. Really a very special property. Beautiful rooms, attentive staff. Had the opportunity today to grab a breakfast sandwich from the cafe across the street and take a walk to Walgreens and enjoy the neighborhood. Felt almost like being in Greenwich Village. Artsy and real, if you want something top notch without sending your money to a chain hotel overseas, you must stay here. Thanks again!

Luxurious and local

I was a little nervous because I wasn’t sure if I would be able to get in touch with anybody because there’s no front desk. But they are very nice and friendly. They always answer the phone and very quick with help. If they don’t answer for some reason. They will return your call under at least 10 minutes. Overall. I loved it. They are great

As someone who has had the pleasure of staying at Casa Ciana three times now, I can confidently say it’s one of my favorite places. Each visit, Jorge has been nothing short of incredible—attentive, kind, and always making me feel right at home. Whether it’s my first or third stay, they treat me like family, and it’s that kind of hospitality that keeps bringing me back.The location is another huge plus. Being so close to Calle Cerra means you’re just steps away from some of the best spots in town, yet the peaceful vibe of Casa Ciana makes it the perfect retreat after a day out. If you’re looking for a place with top-notch service and a prime location, Casa Ciana is it!

Casa Ciana is one of the most clean and spotless vacation rentals I’ve ever stayed in. The decor is stunning and the scent from the diffuser is exquisite. It is flooded with light which is heavenly. No curtains, which adds to the aesthetic charm of the space (though if you’re seeking privacy or to block out light you’ll have to wear an eye mask and robe.) I didn't mind as the space offered so much and the hosts were wonderful.

The property itself is kept nice and clean. Very secure. Solo traveler here felt very safe. The service was phenomenal the Staff was courteous, friendly and very helpful. Jorge had the best response time and was very kind. Everything in the room was very new and modern. They provided all amenities complimentary soda, coffee, bottles of water. The hotel is located in a very convenient area Bars and entertainment are walking distance. Plus a bunch of great food options definitely recommend 10/10 would stay again
