We had a reservation to stay at Tres Palmas next Friday, the night before our cruise. I called the hotel this week to cancel the reservation because our cruise was cancelled . I had booked a non-refundable reservation so was just calling to let them know we would not be checking in on the 27th. I was so surprised when they offered to send a voucher good for a free night to be used in the next year. I thought this was very generous of them. We look forward to using this voucher when we rebook our cruise for next year. Thank you for such excellent customer service!
