There was definitely no hot tub but the room was pretty nice. Had a couple stains on the ceiling. I was questionable about but good food around and the bed was comfortable and clean in the shower and bathroom were clean.

It was nearby the beach 🏝️ parking was not an issue there a few thing that they can improve but it was great for the days I spend

My recent stay at The Pelican hotel in Puerto Rico was an extremely disappointing experience, and I feel the need to share my discontent so that other travelers do not fall into the same trap. The main reason for my dissatisfaction was the misleading advertising by Expedia, which showcases the hotel with pictures of a beautiful beach, implying that the establishment has direct access to it. This is completely false.In addition to the disappointment of the lack of beach access, the experience within the hotel itself did not meet my expectations. The facilities seemed outdated, and the service left much to be desired. The disparity between the images posted on Expedia and the reality of the place is simply unacceptable.In summary, my stay at The Pelican was an unpleasant and frustrating experience, fueled by Expedia's misleading advertising. I strongly recommend other travelers to think twice before booking this hotel and to carefully verify the claims of online booking sites to avoid unpleasant surprises like the one I experienced.

The rooms were claustrophobic. The sink counter  in our bathroom was broken, the shower partial partition didn’t stop the water from getting all over the floor. We had a dehumidifier in our room but my daughter didn’t and all her stuff that was on the floor got wet also her door lock was broke. Our room also smelled very musty. For the price we paid for two rooms for two night it wasn’t worth it.

DO NOT STAY HERE! I SAY AGAIN, DO NOT STAY AT THIS LOCATION...1. The rooms are no bigger than a lagre closet. If you have a nice sized house, go into your closet add a bathroom and thats these rooms.2. Check in is with a code. Pray it works when you arrive after traveling all day. Very irritating. 3. The frig, leaked the entire time. Even after they were made aware of the issue. Never used it, it just leaked.4. The TV was crap. Visio Model, cheap one at that. Did not turn on, and when it did, it did not respond bc the remote was old and broken. No joke!We were pleasant with our complaints, but they fell on DEAF EARS! The maintenance person came by looked everything over, confirming our complaints but NOTHING was done. No follow-up even when we texted for it.This was my wife's birthday weekend gift,  not the hotel, but the trip. And start to finsh our stay was BEYOND HORRIBLE, and not much bothers me. But this place jeeezzz....GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. 4REALZ...GUEST IN ROOM 7...

It was inexpensive room tiny floor wet no shading from hall light

Too much humidity in the rooms.had a terrible stay due to that room they took a couple days to resolve and kept making excuses and finally moved us to another room had almost the same experience as the other room will never stay at one of there places again . Also management knew on the issues of the humidity they had someone looking over on the issue already due to this.

Place was a dump, not safe area. Window was not secure, door had no deadbolt. Was misled
