This property does not exist. They have been closed for almost a year now.

Do not book this property. It has been closed for a year. Despite the fact that it remains on this site, it is not open. CheapTickets has been informed but property still appears on their site. They were horrible with finding us another hotel. Put us in a hotel 20 miles away and were unwilling to comp us for the inconvenience. I’ll Never use Cheaptickets again.

The owner of the Hotel died , it's being managed by Mrs Lorraine Reyes. She wanted me to cancel my purchase trough hotels .com and pay her on cash . I could never do the check in, I had to wait on the parking lot for fone one to show up to the reception for 2 hours, and Lorraine slowed up with no mask , demanding things from me that where inecesary just because she has some administrative problems. Then she stayed I was on the wrong hotel . That the hotel was abandoned . This is a ghost hotel , don't ever go here !!! I lost my money

The Ghost hotel from hell!!

The property was not at all what advertised; no access to the  beach, the pool was closed due to pump problems and there is no wi-fi.  We cancelled or stay and received a full refund. Absolute fiasco.

Not What Advertised at All!

Towels were stained, dishes were dirty and greasy. They didn’t even gave us any good service! NOT EVEN TOILET PAPER! They put us in front of the pool and it was closed THE WHOLE WEEK! Never coming back! Terrible

Horrible service. Worst vacations ever!

Really bad service. Owner treat us like fools. Towels were stained, dishes were dirty and greasy. They told me via phone all the services that i can have and they gave me none. NOT EVEN TOILET PAPER! They put us in front of the pool and it was closed THE WHOLE WEEK! Never coming back! Terrible

DO NOT RECOMMEND

The add shows this beautiful pool, and that was the main reason why we rented there. When we get there the pool was closed for the whole weekend, and it's been closed for weeks. It was their responsibility to call us and notify us that it was closed so that we could cancel reservation. Not even the damn wifi works, and of course no reception whatsoever!!!
Here's a few of the explanations she gave us:
1.The building is armored cement and it doesn't get wifi.
2. Your phone is at&t and it doesn't get Wifi.
3. The amenities showed in the app are copied from another post.
4. The smart TV works (it needs wifi to work duh).
5. The pool has been closed all weekend, she keeps making up excuses that is dirty or to much Clorox.
All of the other guests started to complain about it too.
They charged us an extra fee for the cleaning of the place and we had to clean the showers. I know with covid around there's things that change but it's unethical. Even her employees told us that they get people all the time that leave the same day!
All of the guests started to complain to her and she pointed me and my family out that our reservation was canceled and that there was no reason for us to be there complaining, and to take it up to Airbnb because our opinions didn't matter to her.  Yelling at me and pointing in front of her employees and other guests. She ended up opening the pool the Sunday of the check out at 9:30 am, when we got in it was dirty, full of bugs and the filters were full of green lime gross stuff. 
She kept saying how the beach was down the street and and the gates were closed to the beach thru the pool. I still can't believe it. It was an awful weekend.

Fraud!!!!

Is a small parador that combine hotel rooms with small or full size villa. Both types of villa comes with kitchen, micro wave, coffee maker, frigde, air conditioner and balcony. Prices are really nice. Is near Jobos beach that is use in the professional surfing circuit and others great beaches.

Mini vacation

Torn mattress, panels in shower lifting, cockroach, rusted refrigerator, no water pressure on shower head. I've had bad experiences before, none like this. Would not recommend this hotel.

Horrible

I spend one weekend in there, was awful! The first day we came, we wanted to go to the pool but it was so dirty!!! And we went to the beach near by.. when we came after that, the bedroom was so old, maintance was awful, the tv was old too, was a lot of humid and the smell was horrible... and in the bed was like a hole in there! There was no wifi and no signal!!!!!The only good thing is that cold the room and was near by everything!
