Culebra Island Villas

Clean, Convenient and Great Views of the Bay in Culebra. Roomy and has everything you need in the room, including AC. Close to downtown and food and grocery. Tropical feel and very reasonable pricing. We enjoyed the place very much!

We had 4 nights in April 2017 at Culebra Island Villa and really liked:) We were traveling with our 2 children 2 and 4 years old. The apartment was quite big which was really nice - we had 1 floor at the green house.

The contact with David and Katie was really good and they were very much helpful and serviceminded. 

Culebra was so cool and we went to Flamenco beach twice which was truly great. I went for a morning snorkling swim at Tamarindo beach to see sea turtles where I saw a 4 meter long Hammerhead shark. I was quite frightening - but it is the biggest under water experience I've ever had! 

We can very much recommend staying at Culebra Villas Island.

Clean, Convenient and Great Views

How can anyone give Culebra Beach Villas more than 2 stars..and I totally agree w/ another review. You are paying for the location/view definitely not the rooms.  I had unit 1B, spectacular view, great A/C, clean fridge and direct access to Flamenco beach..For starters yes most tropical environments have bugs, however, there's an infestation everywhere here so don't sit on your outside patio furniture unless you are on a higher floor..Bathrooms are 80's outdated w/ mildew on tile and mold on the ceiling,the grout BTW the tiles has build-up of mildew (whoever, cleans is doing a surface job, very old shower head, water is cold not even warm, At chk-in they don't tell you how terrible the wifi service, no TV and when inquired about it I was given the most lame excuse (that after Maria they weren't able to find a 3rd party contractor to fix the wifi issues (although Maria ended 4 years ago), they don't seem to have  a basic first aid kit in the office so you better not get injured on the premises b/c there's no way to get to a medical facility..cab service to the local supermarket is $5 each person/ each way, and trying to call for a cab service is a pain due to bad wifi, calls dropping..also another guest also complained about her unit on the 3rd floor,, she showed me her bathroom which was also disgusting and no lighting on the entire outside of her unit, which was almost a wrap around porch, pitch dark at night (dangerous).Good luck on trying to find someone in the office after 4pm, new young girl in the office (feel for her). .Met someone who had stayed  2x's at Flamenco airbnb next door and he said the owners are great and their place is good..wish I had tried Flamenco airbnb instead.
SUpermarket MILKA does the outside wait in line, one person at a time and the guy at the entrance shows favoritism to the locals (yes while a group of us ladies were standing there as we were instructed,..he kept skipping us and calling others in, finally I said something to him..possibly Culebra Villas at one point was good but no longer good!

Birthday celebration

It was a holiday weekend so we didn't have too many lodging options available and settled here. The porch is nice, but the room is dark and dingy with black mold on the walls, toilet doesn't flush, and sheets, towels, and linens are at least 30 years old and not too inviting. We were in room 8B. A woman was screaming upstairs all night on the phone. Mosquitoes were really bad in the room. Even though we paid for 3 nights, we left a day early. It was too uncomfortable for us.

Old, dark, dingy, and moldy

July 3rd 2020...do not visit Culebra nor book any stays without a pre-purchased ticket.  The hosts of these AirBNBs will say anything to make a little money. My family arrived at 6:30am this morning to purchase tickets. Porferry was such a chaos. We couldn't get tickets until 3pm. By that time it was so hot, my son was getting sick from the heat. We were told that we would be on standby which never happened. The staff was rude and deceitful. Then the host of this villa deceitfully indicated there were multiple boats which was not true and suggested I was lying about our efforts to get to Culebra. You see, he did not have issues because he's a RESIDENT. All residents are given priority boarding which is fair. Tourist with reservations are not given second priority as the host implied. BTW, the host refused to refund our stay.He clearly needs the money due to poor business because of COVID. We "gifted" him $200. Again DON'T BOOK ANY STAYS IN CULEBRA UNLESS YOU HAVE PURCHASED A TICKET IN ADVANCE.

Villa Panorama West Culebra Puerto Rico

I knew this was not going to be a 5 Star hotel... but this was by far one of the worst places I ever stayed!! The view was BEAUTIFUL...but that was about it! The pictures speak louder than words! Everything was dirty, out dated or rotten! 

I don't know when was the last time this CABIN was cleaned! Bathroom and rooms were dirty dirty and smelled... there were mice drops every were... 

Refrigerator stank like rotten fish and the doors were about to fall off... 

This is exactly why Dominican Republic is whipping our Puerto Rican Butt, I went to DR and I paid $200 for 3 nights in a private apartment, maid and a refrigerator full of all type of licor and food... however, it seems that US Puerto Rican want to make money, but do not want to invest and that's what's causing tourist to go to other places...

Ahhh there was no lobby and no one to see face to face to complain about all this... overall it was horrible!!!!!

Avoid this place is dirty and it has Termides  I was up all night scare and it has roaches too. 
I was very disappointed and they won't even care about it. 
Stay some place else avoid the disappointment.
