Early check in will charge 200TWD /hour/room.ID Check: Property will need to check your ID or passport on arrival and guests are required to finish the check out procedure while leaving.Maximum occupancy: 2 for each room. If each room has more than two person stay over, property will charge extra 300 TWD per day. Tenants' friends can only stay up to two hours. If exceed 2 hours, guest will be charged 300 TWD per person per time.Extra bed: 500 TWD per time.Life fee: Electricity, gas, water and management fee are extra charges that need to be paid on arrival day as 100 TWD /room/day. Please switch off all electronics appliances including air conditioner and lights to save energy. If over use quota of electricity. will be charged TWD 5/kwh, guests are required to pay on check out day.Garbage: Please leave it outside villa and housekeeper will clean it everyday excluding Wednesday and Sunday. If too much trash or not well managed, property will charge 300 TWD per timeNo smoking : No smoking inside villa besides balcony at the 4th and 5th floor.Kitchen and kitchenware: free to use. Please clean it after use. Purified water are also free to drink.Parking fees: 4500 TWD per month and 200 TWD per day at the villa basement. You can enter it through a private entrance.Car rental: Benz brand Car for 4 person for rent as 60000 TWD per Month including the parking fees.Housekeeping :Only clean on check out day. If need daily maintain, 500 TWD per room, Big suite 1000 TWD per room, 6000 TWD per Villa. Monthly deeply clean is 1000 TWD per room, Big suite 2000 TWD per room, 12000 TWD to 15000 TWD per Villa.Purified water: Panasonic purify machine is free for all time.Washing machine: free.Dryer: 100 TWD/60 mins.
