Know Before You Go

Guests can arrange to bring pets by contacting the property directly, using the contact information on the booking confirmation (surcharges apply and can be found in the Fees section).

For arrival after 21:00 from the side of the emergency entrance there is a terminal for self-check-in. In the terminal it is necessary to enter the internal booking number as the code №13212, to pay the city tax from the card in the amount of 5 francs per night per person. If there are problems when settling in, there is also a phone for communication with the staff.

Fees

The following fees and deposits are charged by the property at time of service, check-in, or check-out.

Fee for buffet breakfast: CHF 15.00 for adults and CHF 7.50 for children (approximately)

Self parking fee: CHF 15.00 per night

Pet fee: CHF 15 per pet, per night
