For Our Hotels and Serviced Residences in SingaporeIn line with the regulations stipulated by the Singapore government on indoor activities, social gatherings, and events to safeguard public health in Singapore during this pandemic period, the safe measurement measures listed below are applicable to all our hotels and serviced residences in Singapore. For Serviced Residences Stays• A maximum of 5 distinct visitors are allowed per apartment per day. Guests are required to contact the property at least 3 business days prior to arrival to reserve onsite parking. Guests with different household addresses:• ONE Room Booking: Maximum room occupancy is capped at 5 pax per room or according to the room type capacity, whichever lower.• A set of interconnecting room assigned is considered as 1 room• TWO Room Bookings: Bookings of maximum TWO rooms together may be accepted, where the following MUST be adhered to:• Maximum room occupancy is capped at 4 pax per room, AND• The total number of registered occupants across the 2 rooms does not exceed 5• No visitors are allowed, only registered guests of the rooms are allowed in the rooms. Guests with same household address:• Maximum room occupancy is capped according to the room type capacity.• Multiple room bookings may be made together, provided registered occupants across all the rooms have the same household address.• No visitors are allowed, only registered guests of the rooms are allowed in the rooms. On Reservations and Capacity LimitsFor Hotel Stays: The property is undergoing renovation from April 28, 2021 to October 02, 2021. There will be some areas affected by the noise during this time. This property requires a minimum stay of 90 nights.Housekeeping is once per week Existing long-term guests will be given until 31 March 2022 to get themselves fully vaccinated, i.e. 2 primary shots + booster, to continue their stay in the hotel and/or serviced residence. Guests who are not fully vaccinated by 31 March 2002 must vacate the accommodation. From 1 March 2022, unvaccinated children aged 13 years old and above will not be allowed to stay in hotels and serviced apartments. Short-term visitors who are unvaccinated will be allowed to stay in hotels and serviced residences for a period of 30 days from the date of arrival. They will not be allowed to enter other VDS settings such as dine-in at F&B outlets, usage of guests’ facilities, etc. •In line with the regulations stipulated by the Singapore government on indoor activities, social gatherings, and events to safeguard public health in Singapore during this pandemic period, the safe measurement measures listed below are applicable to all our hotels and serviced residences in Singapore.On COVID-19 Safe Management Measures•Under the Covid-19 (Temporary Measures) Act 2020, first-time offenders who do not comply with safe management measures face a fine of up to S$20,000. In the event of any breaches of law or non-compliance by guest(s) and/or their visitor(s) to the guest room(s) during their stay at the property, the penalty imposed by the authorities would be fully borne by the guest(s) and/or their visitor(s). The hotel shall be entitled to recover from the guest all fines imposed and/or losses suffered, of up to S$20,000. The hotel may charge the guest’s credit card and/or utilize the guest’s cash deposit (if any) to offset such fines or losses.On Reservations and Capacity LimitsFor Serviced Residences Stays• A maximum of 5 visitors are allowed per apartment per day. Effective 1 February 2022, Vaccination-Differentiated Safe Management Measures (VDS) will be expanded to cover all hotels and serviced apartments. Only fully vaccinated, recovered COVID-19 patients within 180 days of the first positive PCR test result or positive healthcare-administered ART result, medically ineligible individuals, or children aged 12 years and below will be allowed to stay. Children from 7 years old will be considered as adults Children from 2-6 year(s) stay for free if using existing bedding. If you need an extra bed, it will incur an additional charge. Infants under 2 year(s) stay for free if using existing bedding. |
