Upon expiration of the agreed period of stay, guests must vacate their room/bed. If guests wish to extend stay, guests must inform the hotel administrator no later than 2 hours before the official check-out time (12:00 PM).

Extension of stay in the same room/bed is possible only if there is no confirmed reservation for the same by other guests.

For guests under 14 years of age, a birth certificate must be presented upon check-in.

Foreign citizens must provide the following documents upon check-in:

- a document issued by a foreign state and recognized as a valid ID in accordance with an international treaty of the Russian Federation;

- residence permit for stateless persons;

- visa for the period of stay in Russia (except for countries with a visa-free regime);

- migration card with a stamp of crossing the Russian border.

If any required document is missing or invalid, the hotel administration reserves the right to refuse accommodation. In this case, the reservation will be canceled. If the reservation was prepaid, no refund will be issued.

By agreeing to the current rules and completing check-in, the accommodation contract for hotel services is considered concluded.

Foreign citizens will be registered for migration within 1 working day. Deregistration will take place no later than 12:00 on the day following departure.

To ensure a safe and comfortable stay, it is prohibited in the hostel to:

- Leave outsiders in the room or give them your room key;

- Store bulky items, flammable materials, weapons, chemicals, radioactive substances, or mercury; use heating devices not provided in the room;

- Smoke in the rooms and halls. Smoking is also prohibited in and around the hotel. Violation of this rule may result in eviction without refund, including for subsequent days, and/or a cleaning fee for smoke odor removal;

- Disturb other guests or make noise between 23:00 and 07:00;

- Consume alcoholic and low-alcohol beverages in any area of the hotel, or be in the hotel under the influence of alcohol or drugs. The administration reserves the right to terminate the guest's stay and evict them if found to be intoxicated or violating hotel or public order rules, without refund, including for remaining nights.

The sanitary condition of the hostel is maintained in accordance with SP 2.1.3678-20 Sanitary and epidemiological requirements for the operation of premises, buildings, structures, equipment and transport, as well as the conditions of activity of business entities engaged in sales, works, or services. According to the same law, bed linen must be changed at least once a week, and towels at least twice a week.

The hostel administrator, as an official, is responsible for observing the above rules and for ensuring anti-terrorist security on-site. Therefore, periodic checks of the rooms, common areas, and the surrounding territory are carried out. In case of smoke, fire, flooding, or violation of accommodation or public order rules, or improper use of household appliances, the hotel administration reserves the right to enter the room without guest approval.

Procedures for taking inventory, storage, and disposal (destruction) of forgotten items are determined by the hostel independently. If a guest is absent from their place of residence for more than 24 hours (or 6 hours after their check-out time), the administration has the right to create a commission and inventory the property found in the room. Valuables such as money, precious metals, and important documents are taken under administration responsibility.

Valuables and cash must be kept in a safe. The administration is not responsible for the loss of valuables left in the room or in common areas of the hotel. If forgotten items are found, the administration will take steps to return them to their owners. If the owner is not found, the administration will notify the police or local authorities.

In case of property damage, the hostel administration has the right to claim compensation.
