Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property may request additional documentation from guests to validate identity, travel itinerary and other relevant information, during dates where such guidelines exist. Guests need to meet one or more requirements to stay in this property: proof of full Coronavirus (Covid-19) vaccination, a recent valid negative Coronavirus PCR test, or recent proof of Coronavirus recovery. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please note that the property can only be reached by boat or helicopter. A 4-hour ferry transfer on the Yasawa Flyer ferry (operated by Awesome Adventures) departs once a day from Port Denarau at 08:45 and arrives at the resort at approximately 11:30. The Yasawa Flyer departs the resort to arrive back at Port Denarau on the mainland once daily and arrives at 18:00. Check-in is required 30 minutes before departure. Ferry transfer rates are as follows: - Adults (16+ years old): FJD$200 per person, one-way - Children (2-15 years): FJD$100 per person, one-way - Infants (0-2 years old): Free of charge There is a compulsory meal plan which must be purchased at the resort and is not included in the room rate. This is charged at an additional FJD $159 per adult per day, FJD $129 for children age 5–12 years inclusive and kids 4 years and under eat free. This is payable directly to the hotel upon check-in.
