Cocoon Eco Design Lodges

Reviews were already good, but it turned out even better than expected : Calm, secluded and beautiful place, extremely warm and friendly staff, beautiful settings and refreshing "bio" pool (if you can accomodate swimming with cute little frogs, and don't be put off by the color of the pool, the water is actually crystal clear but inevitably algaes are developping at the bottom of this kind of pool. The lodges are very confortable and smartly furnished to be self sufficient for meals, as there is no restaurant service. We spent a long and very relaxing week-end at Cocoon, and in our opinion this is THE place to stay in the Comporta/Carvahal area. We'll be back most certainly.
