Monte da Freira really is a place for those who want to spend some time among friends in a quiet and peaceful place. The owners, Isabel and Adelino, are fantastic and treat you in the most kind way. There are only 3 rooms available, and normally only 1 or 2 are occupied, so you almost "own" the place. Rooms are large, well furnished and very clean. Breakfast as some typical alentejo treats and is great. The pool is also very nice and there are some spots around the property to rest. You may arrange with Isabel a typical dinner, we did that and was worth it.
