This is an absolutely lovely hotel with fantastic staff and in a great location. Walking distance to Commercial Square (10/15 mins) and not far from Bairro Alto (recommend taking the tram lift there and enjoying the amazing views- turn right out of the hotel and you'll see people queuing!). The staff are really wonderful. Especially Jefferson, Ruth, Miguel, Paul and Patrick (not to mention the Chef who makes great ommelettes at breakfast sorry don't know her name). Thank you for making our stay so very special. We are a family of 3, our son 12 years old. It's a perfect hotel for families or couples. We stayed in the Deluxe Suite. Plenty of room very spacious and super clean. The restaurant is a must! It's not cheap but worth it. Everywhere smells amazing. The only area for improvement is the pool - it's indoors and quite small so if you're a keen swimmer in the sun this hotel isn't for you.!! But that didn't spoil our holiday not least because we found the pool area super relaxing and peaceful. We enjoyed delicious calamari and cocktails there too! Highly recommend this hotel. .
