Great location, great staff, wonderful Hotel. This hotel is located on the main road to downtown Lisbon, however approximately a mile outside of the tourist area which makes it very nice while easy to get everywhere. We would absolutely stay here when we come back to Lisbon. One thing that stood out was one of our friends lost a bracelet at the SkyBar and was unable to locate it the next day. Lucky for all of us that I ran into Pedro F. at the front desk. He not only went out of his way to research the matter, he found the bracelet and returned it to our group. The bracelet had some sentimental value so it meant a lot to find it. Thank You!
