Please note that many of the reviews are from 2017/18. Since that time the building has undergone an upgrade. There were no visible cracks and rust as pictured in their review. The majority of apartments have been upgraded. And Anabelle is still there running the office with 5 star hospitality. No task is two big. There is a genuine desire to make guests feel at home. The decor won't win awards but everything is spotlessly clean and well cared for. My husband and I enjoyed our week at the quiet end of the beach so much so that in a few weeks we will be spending two months there. Another bonus-bakery three blocks away with daily fresh Pasteis de Nata. The beach is w.o.n.d.e.r.f.u.l. It is not Vilamoura but neither are the prices.
