Nice hotel, comfortable beds, nice staff, 5 min to train station, flexible check in. Cheap stay, Highly Recommened, nice buffet breakfast, bus stops close by, clean beds, helped with printout also, good value

Good value

Called on 20/Jan to reserve a room and they confirmed the room in my name. Arrived on 7/Apr and there was no room for us. They wished us luck finding the a room in Porto in Easter time for the same day...

Awful experience 

Mediocre, I wouldn't recommend it. It was the worst place I've ever stayed, lack of hygiene, dirty bathroom, room without ventilation, a lot of noise. The only thing that saves is the treatment of the staff who has been kind and attentive. Before booking read the comments, because if not then you're surprised. When you open the room door, it smells like a lock (normal because the room doesn't have a window) and it's also dark, it has very little light, the bathroom is the worst part, we're left with a toilet paper from another client, the dirty brush full of c*** (let's see if they post pictures), the yellow molded curtain, the bathroom door doesn't close because there's no shade in the frame, when you open the closet a blanket of armor blanket draped on the floor.

We stayed two nights in this hotel near the center, a little old but very clean, very good bed and breakfast, the staff is very kind, very good quality price, an address to remember, we'll be back.

Great service from the kind people in the reception and during breakfast. The house and property it self is below all expectations! Smell of mold, toilets not flushing, holes and cracks in the walls, old towels with stains, half of the lamp switches fell off the wall when pressed, no sound isolation so one heard all neighbors and the noise from the street.

Hotel from hell with kind staff

Mrs. Marília and her special way of giving a familiar touch to the environment (not to mention the rest of the staff) is not in vain that those who spend some time there end up calling her mom ☺️. Well located, close to the dragon, bus, metro, supermarket. We feel at home in our stay! I recommend!!!

I've never had a worse night in my life, a blank night in room 202 next to the front desk, the employees talking out loud, the press ringing the bell, the phone ringing, the coffee machine working, everything as if it were in our room.

Shameful

It's a cheap, simple little hotel, far from downtown but with easy access and friendly service, I recommend it to everyone! At the reception we were informed by the gentleman that a bus that stops a few meters from the hotel arrives at the Bulhão Market, already close to everything we wanted to see. He even gave us a map of the city, and it was very easy and convenient, we didn't have to go by car, which stayed at the hotel. Simple but satisfying breakfast, with a cap made on time. The only caveat is for the quality of the internet. Since there was no room on the ground floor we were assigned one in the second floor, and had the Wi-Fi virtually impossible to use, so you go from room to room and stay in the hallway to get a weak signal. But with a little correction this leaves an inconvenient one having to go down the hall.

Good option away from the centre

The experience was not very positive. As soon as the lady arrived at the reception (who speaks only Portuguese) we went to our room (202) and we realized that we were in a bad position: although we had the reservation and it was already paid to them they had not received the money from Booking and asked us to pay back. So we lost 1 hour with Booking on the phone to clarify the matter (the management had changed a little and at the end booking said that the import would be cut off so far).

Good for 1-2 days maximum

A good place to sleep, and breakfast, good treatment of the workers and good location not far from the center. a residential to explore the city in a quiet area, the worst the entrance to the very narrow parking lot.
