Upon arrival the manager, Luisa, knew we were uncomfortable. Since we werefrom the US and did not expect the party surroundings.She immediately called a sister hotel, Luna Solaqua and moved us to this hotel. The customer sevice was excellent and our stay in Albuferia was wonderful because of the intuition of the Ocean Luna Club manager
