An incredible spot in the mountains. Fantastic views, superb pool and very well equipped house. We rented a 2 bedroom house for a family with two older children and got the house right next to the pool. Everything was well equipped. The host, Julio, is amazing. Very welcoming and he understood that we came for a quiet, peaceful few days. We had our own BBQ with nicely scented dry wood provided by him. Kayaking and mountain bikes were provided free of charge. Great!!! Julio has only been running the place for two years and we think he is still trying to ascertain a few rules. For instance, on the weekend a large, noisy crowd arrived and Julio was very apologetic to us, as this house seems to want to attract a peaceful crowd that doesn't necessarily need to party all night at the pool.... We loved the place and would recommend it to anybody wanting some time out. Mind you, there was not much sleeping in in the morning for us... Cockerels start early in the morning, followed by several dogs barking for attention in the neighbourhood. Each morning there was some machinery including vine fertilisation at 7am!!! Maybe this will change... Julio will need to get a handle on this as I think many people will want to come for a relaxing time, but it's not easy to control one's environment... Anyway, we loved our time there!!!
