Quinta Calcaterra

My wife and I are visiting from the US and drove to the area to visit Coa Valley Archeological park to see the rock drawings. We were greeted by Patricia who booked us in and helped with luggage. The room is not large but is very clean and quite cozy with antiques.Patricia speaks little English but enough to communicate with non Portuguese speakers. Great breakfast included with lots of local dishes. We brought some wet laundry from Lisbon and she hung it to dry with her own. She put out a decanter of excellent Port and urged us to drink it dry which we did over the two nights we stayed. Exactly the right place we love to stay.
