The front desk is open until 18:00. Deposit Requested. Maximum amount for each type of unit:
T1: EUR 250.00.

Payment Method: Upon arrival, a copy of your credit card shall be taken and only debited should any damage occur whilst in occupancy. With a maximum of 48 hours post check out, should no damage be reported, the credit card shall not be debited.
This service includes free transport between 08:30 AM and 08:00 PM, upon prior reservation.
Upon arrival, all guests are required to present valid identification and a credit card for registration. Guests must sign the check-in form and a security deposit agreement, which covers any potential damage to the unit during their stay. No amount will be charged to the card unless damage occurs. In case of any issues, guests should inform reception immediately. After check-out, we have 48 hours to inspect the accommodation and notify the guest should any charges be applicable. The tourist tax and cleaning fee must be paid at the time of check-in.
Guests arriving after 06:00 PM will be greeted by the security guard at the entrance of Palheiro Village, who will be on duty from 06:00 PM to 09:00 AM. The guard will hand over the keys and will forward the guests to their unit. The following day, guests are kindly asked to visit the relevant reception to complete the check-in formalities: Palheiro Village Reception (Monday to Friday) or Palheiro Golf Reception (Weekends and Public Holidays).

A mandatory cleaning fee is payable locally upon check-in:
