I stayed for one night and I was very happy with this hotel. Excellent location on a quiet street, very close to shopping and restaurants. Huge room for one person (or even for two), and very clean. I stayed in a City Room and I was worried I'd hear street noise at night but it was very quiet. I loved having breakfast brought to my room in the morning. Reception was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here if I travel to Lisbon again. Others mentioned the pipes being loud so I want to note that the only noise I heard was when I was using the shower/sink. I did not hear noise from other rooms using the shower, etc so it really did not bother me. Overall it was very quiet and comfortable here.
