The Dorm - Hostel LX Factory

Evening arrival: This is a very modern 30-bed boutique hostel in a very old building. It’s like living in a work of art. My (reading) room was actually dark due to a very small window in the upper corner that I liked very much. When I arrived on a Wednesday evening, the place was super quiet with only a few guests checked in. The only thing the room didn’t have was a chair. The pillows were nice and small and extra soft for those who like to lay low, the color of white just like the large white fluffy towel (rented). There was a standalone coat hanger where one could hang their large towel for drying. The morning after: one of the bigger doors had only a sliding door to the hallway. So, the common hallway was a bit stuffy and smelly from all the people sleeping in the boxed units, and their shoes resting in front of their units. The continental breakfast was simple and tasty with real cheese and salami. Although the guests were quiet, one could hear everything through the thin walls. Time lines: This hostel runs on a guest friendly time line with: a 24-hr front desk, a generous 12-pm check out, and a 5-am breakfast that normally starts from 8am.
