Excellent little situated just off the Liberty Avenue within short walking distance of Rossio Square. Rooms were clean, modern and spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful. We arrived late at night and our transfer didn't turn up and when we got to they hotel they told us there was an overbooking. They asked if they wanted us to book them in another hotel for the night or if we wanted to stay in a basement room for the night. As it was late we chose the basement room. As recompense they offered us a meal on them and drinks for the night. The next morning our bags were taken up to our proper room. I have no complaints with the hotel. They managed the situation well. Breakfast is available - it's basic and the breakfast room is small - but the food was good. I'd happily stay there again.
