Tivoli Oriente Lisboa Hotel

Sometimes the first couple of months of a new calendar year sets the tone for the remainder of the year; and especially when traveling abroad the early part of a new year. We are incredibly happy to report that our lodging experience at the Tivoli Orient Lisboa Hotel in February actually exceeded our expectations! We travel to Europe a few times a year and we always prefer to lodge at a Minor Hotels member brand. Tivoli Orient Lisboa Hotel is a member brand of Minor Hotels, so our expectations were already exceedingly high solely based on our lodging experiences at many other Minor brand hotels throughout Europe. It is not hyperbole to state; we were absolutely amazed and blown away at the level of personalized service and attention we received upon arrival and throughout our entire stay! A perfect example that demonstrates the Tivoli Oriente Hotel’s commitment to enhancing the guest experience; the front desk team of DEMBA, RUTE, & LEONOR worked diligently, steadfastly, and without trepidation to secure a dinner reservation on Valentine’s Day! We recognize that getting a dinner reservation on Valentine’s Day in the beautiful and charming city of Lisbon is not an easy endeavor; and their restaurant choice for us was excellent; and the dining experience was superb! It is the staff that makes the difference and Tivoli Orient has hired the right people for the right job!
