30 reviewsWe went to Ericeira for a couple of nights in the very low season. We knew that we arrived at Olive3 the same day as they opened up after their winter holiday, so we expected a sleepy hostel with not a lot going on etc. Luckily, we were so wrong :-) The staff and volunteers were super friendly and happy to help with questions and queries (e.g. where to rent surfboards or where to eat) and ready to hang out in the evening with a cup of tea or a beer. The breakfast was just amazing (I want to put a word here that’s better than amazing, but I can’t think of one). Delicious vegetarian and vegan options as well, which was a nice surprise. Our room was spacious and light, and just like the rest of the hostel, the decor was charming as well as functional. The owner himself made sure that our stay was as pleasant as possible and tirelessly answered every little question we had. Uh, and not to forget North, the hostel cat - we love him! Everyone had an incredible attention to detail - from little hand painted rocks at the breakfast table to lighting small lanterns outside in the evening. Thank you for a great stay!
