254 reviewsI cannot say enough wonderful things about this lovely hotel. It honestly felt like we were staying with family friends because the staff was so helpful and attentive. It is in the absolute perfect location - right across from the beautiful Carmo Convent and square and within walking distance of everything. The view from our room was fabulous, and the room itself was completely charming (and very quiet)! As others have mentioned, you do need to be in good enough shape to walk up several flights of stairs, but they will help you with your luggage,and the stairs are more than worth it. The breakfast they provide in the darling common room each morning is delicious, and they have a lovely wine selection, so you can buy an inexpensive bottle while you stay there. They also leave a little surprise on your bed each night. It's all fabulous! When I come back to Lisbon one day, I would not even consider staying somewhere else. Thank you to the entire staff for everything!
