We were a group of eight celebrating my sister’s 50th birthday, and Jupiter Lisboa was the perfect home base. The hotel staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout — and even surprised the birthday girl with a generous treat on the day 🎉. Rooms were spotless, spacious, and well-designed, with a fairly priced minibar and space to chill our own drinks. The rooftop bar was a highlight — great snacks, strong drinks, and sunshine with a view. (Special shoutout to the rooftop team — they really made our stay, without taking anything away from the rest of the amazing staff!) We loved the complimentary beach towels, and the cherry on top was being offered showers at the spa on the afternoon of our departure, after we’d already checked out. That kind of thoughtfulness is rare. Only minor downside? The elevators could be a bit slow and the doors oddly delayed to open — maybe a safety feature, maybe a peak-time thing. Definitely not a dealbreaker, just something we noticed. Would absolutely stay again — and recommend without hesitation.
