The minute we arrived at Immerse, it was time to relax. A warm greeting at the door and a welcome drink while we waited for a completely hassle free check-in (we were early and that was no problem for them). Room was large with stunning views of the coast. Amenities in the room were excellent including water bottle and evening 'treat' delivered as part of turn down.We ate in the restaurant the first night. The service was a little challenged - I think some inexperience / new team. We did not appreciate an attempt to upsell wine (ordered circa 40 euros and bottle suggested 195 euros) Food was very good - one starter between us as order not recorded correctly. Well presented food and the view from the restaurant over the countryside and to the sea was amazing. Ate out of the hotel after that but at some amazing local restaurants - thanks to recommendations from the team at the hotel.Pool too cold to swim - very small and not really designed for any serious exercise. Great gym facilities and spa.A few little issues but overall a very nice and relaxing stay and would definitely consider a return visit.
