The location is amazing, just down the road from the Old Town, sea front and many restaurants. The whole of the city is just round the corner so is a good supermarket. The apartment was clean as well sized for the two of us. It had everything you could need for an enjoyable stay. Would stay again.

Great place to stay

The apartments are very high quality, modern, very clean, well equipped and with an excellent location in the center of Funchal. Ruben (responsible for the apartments) was very attentive and always ready to help us in the stay, a good blessing for the friendliness and professionalism! We will definitely return and I highly recommend this accommodation.

Pearl in the Ocean

We were there as the Covid19 virus began to spread and so decided to take an earl;y flight home. Rueben (the owner) immediately told us that he would only charge us for the nights we stayed, rather than the full cost. As he is now facing a time with no visitors, and therefore no income, this was a wonderful and generous offer. Thank you so much; we will definitely return to Madeira and to the Anadia Atrium when this is all over.

Great apartments in a great location at a great price ............ what more could you ask?

The apartment corresponds to what is advertised. The relationship between the price and what it offers is very good, since the space, furniture, equipment, reception and location were excellent. The apartment is located in the center of Funchal - with a fantastic panoramic view of the mountain range - near all places of interest or with easy access to transport and, in addition, a few meters away there are two supermarkets with everything necessary for a comfortable stay.

Great for a good stay.

I am a native from Funchal . But living in UK and from time to time I visit my Island. Have stayed in few places. But Anadia Apartments for me met all my expectations . Very spacious with all the facilities needed and most important very very clean in a great location within walking distance to the Mercado and center. Ruben the Manager great guy who made us feel very welcome. I highly recommend and will make this my prime location for my next trips. 

Best stay in Funchal

Very nice apartment in central Funchal. 5 minutes from the market hall, where you'd better not shop as a tourist. The cafes there are good but not 10 minutes to the beach. Clean rooms - very generously kept - we had apartment H with 3 bathrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and balconies. Our plane was 1 hour late and we were only there at 23:00 - handing over with Ruben nevertheless worked great. Rooms were well insulated - even without the climate pleasant - windows can be opened well to the main street after midnight, only a little noise before. Absolutely recommended!

Cool location

We stayed in Anadia Atrium apartment for a week and it was fabulous. We are so pleased to have found this accommodation as it exceeded our expectations. 
Firstly it is very modern and spacious with large lounge and fully functional kitchen meaning you can cater and cook as you wish too on holiday so we saved money.
It was extremely comfortable to come back too after a days walking and in an amazing location within a 10 min walk of the bus network and seafront and few mins to local supermarket. Lovely views out to Monte and the cable car and quiet at night. 
Ruben who manages the apartments was very nice and nothing was too much trouble. We are convinced this is the best accommodation we could have booked we have stayed in Madeira 4 times before this and stayed at hotels in the old town but for value for money and facilities Anadia atrium was far better.

Excellent modern and central apartment

The Anadia Atrium apartments are very well located, next to the old town center, all the bus stations are in the nearby, two big supermarkets five minutes away, ten minutes walking distance to the beach or the cable car to Monte. The host, Ruben is very welcoming, solving all your problems and requests, giving very good advises. The apartment is a modern, luxury one, with all the needed facilities. One can really enjoy their holiday staying at Anadia Atrium.

Feel at home apartment

Apartment 3R (third floor to side street overlooking the mountains, not directly in front of the main street!) - (negative) Single point down on top of order of 0.4 due to the non-functioning ventilator in the bathroom/toilet! It was a bit nervous to have to air through the apartment! This was disturbing and should be repaired! Balconies are not safe for crawling children! The balcony below the balcony is too high for crawling babies to pass through. (our further example would be through the main street!) - (negative) Single point down on top of order of 0.4 because of the non-functioning ventilator in the bathroom/toilet!
