This is absolute the best stay we have had. The place is old, but so well kept that you believe you have traveled back to when it was first build. (1841) The breakfast is great, with fresh food picked from the fruit trees all around the gardens. You have lemon trees, olives and all sorts of beautiful trees with flowers in all colours. Fantastic pool area. Quiet. We had it to our self most days. With only 5 rooms, Paula is at you disposal all the time. And she is a great host. It is a quick walk from Guia, a small local town with good restaurants. Or a 10 euro Uber drive to Albufeira if you want to experience some nightlife or the beach. All in all a fantastic place, that I will recommend to everybody, and that I most certainly will visit again.
