30 reviewsOur family of 3 (mum, dad, 11 year old) were due to spend one night here (booked 3 months earlier) on a recent overseas trip. Due to British Airways cancelling our early morning flight and rescheduling for 5 pm, we had to reschedule our train travel for overnight travel and sit in the airport all day, not enabling us to spend the night here. We rang from the airport to explain our predicament. The staff member were friendly and professional. Once arriving (the morning we should have been checking out) in Zagan, we immediately took a taxi to Pensjanot Bartosz (before our scheduled tour at The Great Escape Museum) to pay for the night we had booked for, but they refused our payment as we hadn’t stayed the night. BIG thumbs up to the lovely lady on reception who also ordered a taxi for us so that we could get to a cash machine before continuing on to the museum for our tour. The reception area and restaurant looked very inviting. Such a shame we couldn’t stay there! British Airways could learn a lot from from this great PR experience.
