my room was clean, quiet and comfy. not so far from the city center - it's like 10-15 minutes. also there are many shops around. receptionists were nice. We had no problem to find all interesting places with help of one of the reception girls.

As a regular user of hostels when backpacking, I feel some of the previous reviews are a bit harsh, maybe from people new to staying in hostels.
Upon arrival, I was met by Yan - he introduced himself straight away and it was quite obvious he was a cool guy. He spoke really good English, was able to answer questions I had, and was very chilled. Having just come from a really bad hostel, I think all hostels should have a Yan.
The hostel itself feels really modern - very tidy and clean, and you could smell that it had recently been cleaned which is always a really good sign. 
I was booked into a 6 bed dorm, but I was all alone in there apart from on the first night when another guy came in during the night. The toilet was ensuit and had a nice shower in it. The door was a bit fiddly to shut properly and it needed pulling hard to latch properly, but I wasn’t too bothered.
Upon checkout, I needed a taxi at 4am, and the kind lady on reception that day (it was possibly Rena, they have photos and names of the staff on the wall) sorted it all out for me. The taxi driver was someone who the hostel knew, possibly he worked there also, and it was reasonably priced at 50PLZ to the airport.
The location of the hostel was Ok. It’s not in the centre of Wroclaw, but you can get there if you walk about 10-15 mins. There is a supermarket 30 seconds walk away, and another mini supermarket another minutes walk away, so handy for getting food in on a budget. The local area isn’t the cleanest of places, but there is a security guard on the entrance of the carpark who can stop cars going in and out of the carpark with a barrier (the hostel shares a carpark with some industrial building).
If I’m back in Wroclaw then I’ll definitely book this place again. It’s €4 per night and it’s nicer than hostels I’ve paid 2 or 3 times more for. Bargain!

Very good - price is excellent

Our stay in Wigwam was for 4 nights and we enjoyed it, primarily as we were in a twin room and we really liked the city itself. 

The room we had was nice, with a beautiful wallpaper, however the bed was a foam mattress that has bed bugs.
When we arrived, our room wasn't ready but this was fixed in 15min and wasn't a problem. 

There was only 1 toilet for females and 1 for male on the ground floor and 3 showers. The 2 showers near the kitchen do not have hot water and the one by the toilets does, but once you close the door, you can't open and you have to jump out the window. One of us did this twice.

The bathroom also stank horribly the entire time we were there. 

The kitchen has no oil so be aware, and the crockery is a little old, especially the pans.

The staff were polite and nice however and we really like Wroclaw itself.

Nice place, could be cleaner

The hostel's location was pretty good. It's about a twenty minute walk to the centre but it is close to things you might need such as shops and restaurants. The rooms were nice, modern and clean. The bathroom's could have been cleaner, but in a hostel, that's what you come to expect.
Overall, perfectly adequate for a weekend trip to Wroclaw but nothing amazing.

Average Hostel in Wroclaw.

They have bed bugs and won't return any money back! We woke up at 2 am, having bed bugs all around us, and then we had to spend half of our holiday by making sure we wouldn't bring any home. They lied to me, when I called them - first they told me, when we checked out, that they would call me regarding compensation, then two days after I called them, they said I should wait for the management to come and when they came, they denied everything despite my wife being terribly beaten and despite one of their employees being a live witness of the bed bugs in the room! Absolutely disgraceful hostel and appalling behaviour, shame them where you can!

Don't go there, they have bed bugs and aren't willing to do anything about them!!
