old hotel, rather a staff hotel for which they came for training and in the evenings they organize trips to the city and escape from the hotel without paying as it was during our stay ... parking space next to the building, on the street, good breakfast, close to the loop which will facilitate communication and sightseeing of the city

We have stayed in this hotel for one night. The hotel is located around 15-20 minutes from city center (the tramway/bus station is 5 minutes on foot). The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Although, we couldn't check-in earlier than 14:00, we could leave our luggage in the hotel and continue our trip. We have reserved apartment. It was big and light. The apartment was clean. The breakfast was good: you may choose one of three different options of menu + unlimited drinks (coffee/tee/juice).

Cozy stay in Wroclaw

Service is not the best, but they hace good and comfortable rooms. A lot of space.  The breakfast is great, has 3 options of Polish sausages and others.
Staff is very friendly and is well located.
There is a park with nice coffee and restaurant near the hotel, and easy transportation to the old town of Wroclaw.
I would come back!

Nice place nice price

I've spend a weekend there with my family and friends. The location of this hotel is very convenient. On the southern site of the city, just by the beautiful park, and at the end of the tram line no 9, that goes through the entire city center. On spot, we've been traveling with this tram lime. 
The hotel it self is very cozy, and clean. The entire stuff, from the front desk, to the waiters, is very helpful and pleasant. 
The rooms we were in, are very nice. Large, with separate bedroom and living room. 
Restaurant, that is part of this hotel is also great. Kind of theme place with the hotel Podkowa (horseshoe). Food if very tasteful and also looks great on the plate ;-) Prices are reasonable, both in the hotel, and in the restaurant.

We were all very satisfied with our choice, and also recommend Podkowa Hotel to all.

Excellent place

We spent a few night in this hotel in June 2014. This is a small establishment located in Wroclaw South with a very good service. Yes, rooms are small but very clean.  Free WiFi worked very well for us.  The disadvantage of this hotel is lack of an elevator, so that if you do not like or cannot  walk upstairs ask for a room at the ground floor. There is bus stop at the front of the hotel which will take you to Wroclaw downtown in 20-25 minutes.  There are parking spots at the side of the hotel, however in the evening it may be difficult to find a spot. Then park your car along Agrestowa Street-- a side street. It is Europe, not much space,  so be careful when parking to leave enough space at the centre of Agrestowa S. for cars to pass. The hotel has good breakfasts included in the room price. There is no breakfast buffet, but three choices of meal offered are more than enough for both quality and quantity. It was very clear to us that the hotel want to compete on service being located far from the city centre. We had a minor technical problem in our room --bathroom door handle--and we were immediately offered a new room by a nice gentleman at the reception. We respectfully declined the offer, since it made no sense to move, and the door was repaired the same day.  Just an example of good service.  In summary, If you want or need to stay in Wroclaw South, this should be a small hotel of your choice.
