This is the 4th time staying at the Park Poniwiec, having experienced it both in the Winter and Summer! Like previous reviews state; the hotel is clean, the staff can not do enough to please (most have even improved their English), the location is perfect and there is so much to do in and around Ustron. The weather was glorious for all except 2 days (out of an 11 day stay), but the children were still occupied with the indoor pool and the games room! We travelled as a group of 24, with ages ranging from 7-65+ and all our needs were catered for - there is certainly something for everyone. Some of the group visited the Salt Mine, Krakow and Auschwitz, whilst others relaxed by the outdoor pool with a Polish beer! The holiday was loved by that our return trip to the hotel has already been booked for February (ski season) and is in the planning stages for next August (again!!)
