We had a good stay here, price-quality was great our room was nice and the location was very central. However, we had a lot of noise from the club right next door until 4 AM. Luckily I can sleep through that but not recommended for light sleepers.

Central location, but a bit loud

Shocking service from the get go. Unable to get through to all three of the contact numbers after attempting multiple times, on atleast the 10th go we received a text saying 'sms please'. No urgency in the time of reply and a serious lack of information. Waited for hours before able to access the building only to find a building site. Code for the doors were the same for the three doors that were needed to access from the main entrance to the room, leaving us with no hope of security. Toilet and shower were still being fitted so also no hope for a wee or a shower. Literally left the building within 5minutes of accessing and didn't look back. May be cheap but just don't bother!

If I could give it a zero, I would.

The location seemed perfect but I couldn't sleep there because they said that they couldn't take the money from my card which was working without problem. There is not reception in the place, you have to call to a number which they will not answer, they will send a message (if they send due that I called from 2 different phones and I got just one message) that they will call later. We wait for 30 minutes (after the checking) and they didnt call, so we call and they sent a new message saying that dont call, just send SMS. After try to explain everything by SMS they just answer that I have to send them a new card number... Finally, after 3 hours trying to explain using SMS we gave up and we went to another place.

I have to book another place to sleep

This hotel is taking prepayment from your account without telling you about. 
I did booking for 09/2018 and after 1 day i did found out that the money was hanging unavailable for me.. Sent email with questions about it and I had this back

This is unrespectful for customer .. especially if you have clear info when you booking (no prepayment needed)... 
I did cancel my booking straight a way... I'm had unsecured feeling left... it's fishy.. if hotel is blocking money on customer account for 2 weeks..

and 30 min left after cancellation and money still blocked..

Prepayment taken.. Doesn't matter if your booking is 9mth ahead..

Warning! This object works on the boundary of the fraud.
1. The numbers indicated on the page and the door return an inaccessibility message
2. I received incorrect access data. SMS with a PIN to the wrong room. Room in which [!sic] other people were already staying.
3. Bedding not changed in the room
4. Shared bathroom and corridors in poor condition
Place for non-demanding person - below hostel standard.
Good location and low price does not cover the faults of the hotel

Warning

My room looked fine on the first glance. 
When I wanted to go to sleep, however, I found a nasty surprise all over the sheets - stains, dirt and bits of nails everywhere!
A lady from the reception kept me waiting for a promised new room for two hours - only to inform me at 2 AM (!) that she forgot to tell me they have no spare rooms available and I should go find myself a different hotel...

They don't change sheets!

I've booked 6 rooms there. Firstly I've got only 5 pin codes, after my intervention i got another one. I've booked additional one room for one night through booking.com and the reservation was confirmed. When it was check-in time i received an SMS with pin code to an appartment in WARSAW. I was confused since I've booked a room in TORUŃ. I've contacted the hotel and told them about the mix up, but they told me that despite the fact that at booking.com my reservation was confirmed, they can not provide a room for me in torun, only room they have is in warsaw. It's some kind of freaking comedy. 

The rooms and whole building is dirty and does require a major redoing.
