Hotel Baranowski

We've stayed only one night in this wonderful hotel, but definitely will do it again. Nice cozy rooms, reasonably priced delicious food, kids playing area. We had our family labrador with us, so we were looking for a dog friendly hotel and Hotel Baranowski met all our expectations.

We stayed at this hotel for one night during our European trip. The hotel is clean, safe, affordable and the staff are very helpful. 

Breakfast was plenty, the parking secure and beds comfortable. Restaurant serves great dinner late, which was a bonus for us! Highly recommended.

This hotel is sufficient to spent 1 night. Rooms are sufficient, breakfast is poor. You will survive, but will have no willingness to return or to stay here for longer time. Only benefit is located outside the hotel - minimarket, working overnight :)

Basic rooms, but clean and plenty of hot water. Evening meal was terrific- very Polish and beautifully prepared. Amazing żurek in a roll.  Breakfast ok, but hot food - wasn’t !!!! Good value for money.

We went to restaurant. Food was amazing, big portions. We had dinner and dessert and it was all great. We were there over a year ago and everything was the same, the same taste. Worth to come in there. Waiter was nice and friendly.

Perfect place to stop over after a long journey!

Very good and tasty breakfast. Very good dessert. Friendly staff. Good location, close to German border.
Uncomfortable beds. Room wasn't properly clean- there was dust even on desk. You can hear everything what is happening in the corridor- peoples talking, walking, etc. No parking space for person with disability close to entrance door. very small room.

I was expecting more from this hotel

We stay with family just for one night. I choose superior double room which  had plenty space for little one to crawl. Not squeaking, comfortable bed, I requested baby cot via booking.com but it wasnt in the room on our arrival, but after asking receptionist he brought it straight away.
Shower doors wasn't closing properly and TV remote battery gone, apart that room was very comfortable and good.
For dinner we went to hotel restaurant. Waitress didn't welcome as she was standing next to bar all the time. My husband ordered chicken with sauce and rise and plate was massive with 3 different salat. Taste was very good. I ordered pasta with tandoori chicken,well it was far away from original Indian tandoori chicken but I decided to have a go, pasta was lovely, but chicken had bad taste inside, sourly and unpleasant. I took plate to waitress try to explain but she didn't understand english and told me to speak ukrainian, well Im not ukrainian and unfortunately dont understand ukrainian. She took plate to kitchen and came back to us said that everything is fine with chicken this is sesame oil in it thats why it tastes like this, well I know very well taste or sesame oil and decided do not risk as we still have to drive 10 hours next day. We shared my husbands plate and had ordered very nice cocktails.
With my 1 year daughter we went to playground. There was very nice swings im pictures, but we tried one and was so noisy and squeaky. But there is nice cut grass.
Dont want to go for more details but I dont think we will stay here again.

Plenty area to improve

We probably had rooms in some part of hotel for budget travelers. It was just OK for one night - just to come, sleep and depart in the morning. Breakfast was extremely poor - a sausage and a piece of bread. During summer consider that there might be wedding party and it might be noisy. But it was quite clean.

For a cheap one night stay

Avoid at all cost!!! I had a room booked for myself and three children. I let the hotel know that I will arrive late. I got confirmation by email that the room has been booked. I arrived to the hotel and the receptionist lied to me saying " we don't have any booking" when I confronted him and showed him the emails he said that I arrived too late because they keep the reservations till 8 p.m. when I replied that I stated in the email that I will arrive late and I am after a long journey with three young children he said that he changed his version of the story saying that he tried to call me and showed me the phone number which didn't even belong to me. The receptionist didn't feel any obligation and stated in the conversation that it's not his fault. No apology at all. I slept with the kids in the car park because I was too tired to drive and all the other rooms were taken . Absolute disgraceful !!!!
