Place is not immaculate clean but it's definitely not what I would call dirty. WiFi is inexistent though. There is a router, but zero bars. Shower floods the floor after every shower and toilet is poorly positioned. All this being said, location is unbeatable. Literally 2 minutes away from city centre. Zabka (convenience store) is under the apartment in the same building. Lot of restaurants and shops and busy street all a stone throw away. Good building, quiet and good neighbours.
