The hostel is like a house, there are rooms with beds with a big hall where you can work, or go to the other room where you can watch TV. Bathrooms, showers, bedsheets are clean. There are saftey lockers and its location make it accessible by walking or trams. It's also almost 5 minutes walk to city center.

Friendly place, central location

I wish someone in these reviews had mentioned the lack of opaque curtains! My room had a massive window covered only by a thin net sheet so I had the streetlights shining in all night and the sunlight waking me up at the crack of dawn, I barely slept during my whole stay which is kind of a big deal seeing how that's the whole reason you're there :p bathrooms were dirty and ran out of toilet roll etc during the weekend but nice and clean afterwards when most people had left. There are soap dispensers in the bathrooms and extras for a small charge, bring your own towel if you don't want to pay to hire one.

You need only use the buzzer for the main gate and doorbell for the main door upon check-in; after that there is a code to get in and another code for a side-entrance opposite the main door to bypass reception. Unfortunately nobody bothered to explain the door system to me, I was just given a piece of paper with the codes on it but they're written very misleadingly so I did it the hard way for most of my stay, be sure to ask to have the door system properly explained to you upon check-in!

Other than that it was okay; bed was comfy enough, room wasn't too small, wifi worked pretty well, and I felt safe and secure there. Bathrooms contain toilet, sink and shower in one, much easier than having them separate; hostel seemed full at the weekend but I never had to wait to use a bathroom. It's noisy due to its close proximity to the tram lines but it's a hostel, anyone who stays at hostels surely knows to bring earplugs! Not a great location but there's a brilliant cafe nearby for breakfast, something Radio, and useful if your family's staying at the NH Hotel but you can't afford to stay there with them! Good value for £20 a night although I've got more for less money elsewhere in Poland.
