A very nice, and clean room with a bathroom. Coffe/tea machine in the room, coffe/tea included as well as cutlery (no food available so one could buy some and bring it to the room), a little fridge in the room. The only disadvantage was to find the actual place as it was not that easy but with the help of the owner (or her sister, which was in my case) we managed. And location! Yes, with a short walking distance to the main station, big shopping center and of course the Fair. Do recommend!
