24 reviewsThis is a pretty standard hotel, the room was very clean & nice,but the mattresses could do with replacement, the breakfast was standard continental style. What set this hotel apart for us was the helpfulness of the staff. We caught the bus going the wrong way & because of this mistake we arrived here late at night needing help & a room! Theresa the night receptionist was amazing. She went out of her way to help & arranged a room & assisted with onwards travel options. A BIG thank you to her for being so nice and for all her help! A great example of when the commitment and helpfulness of the staff makes all the difference to the customer!!!
