El hotel, situado en Marki (a las afueras de Varsovia) tiene un personal de lo más agradable y servicial. No hablaban mucho inglés pero ponían empeño en entenderse y comunicarse (utilizando desde el traductor hasta flash cards). El último día llegaron a adelantar el desayuno expresamente para que pudiéramos desayunar en el hotel y llegar a nuestro vuelo del aeropuerto. El precio es cuanto menos asequible y, aunque el hotel está ligeramente lejos de Varsovia, la comunicación por autobús es buena a lo largo de todo el día y además hay un supermercado junto al hotel que puede resultar de mucha conveniencia.
