Very nice hotel, very comfortable,  friendly staff,  nice and clean, very good food

Very nice hotel with big rooms, good restaurant. Very clean. Lot of choice for breakfast + sandwich already prepared on the way. Sauna open late until 10pm. Perfect value for money. The only minus is hotel paid parking on the back of the building however, a lot of cheap street parking spots in the front of the building.

Rooms were quit big.Nice staffBreakfast wasnt self service.

Surprisingly nice, good service, good atmosphere.

I have been several times in this hotel for the good location very near to the city center but overall for the excellent attitude of the staff. 
I would like to congratulate the GM in the hotel Mr Daniel Dzierba for the great work already done in the hotel and training to his staff....All of them are well prepare to solve any situation to satisfy a demanding guest like me.

Great quality price attentive staff hotel in Lodz

Very nice hotel, the rooms are big and comfortable, the bathroom also with lots of light (important to me and not easy to find) but it's starting to ask for renovation, in many details it shows a lack of maintenance (rust, cracks in woods and bathroom utensils, stains in carpets and walls...). Also English is a bit of a problem, although very nice the people have difficulty in conversations that go beyond "this is your room and restaurant is in the first floor"
To sum up: not perfect but good quality for your money!

Very good but the age shows

This is my second Focus Hotel in Poland. Expirience is only good. Big spacious room, has teapot, 2 bottles of water, glasses for tea and coffee. Flat tv, air conditioner, hair dryer. 
First stay was in Katowice, breakfast is swedish table, deliciuos and variuos. I believe in Lodz will be same delicious. 

Very cozy hotel

My wife and I visited this hotel in 2011 and have just revisited in December, 2016. The receptionist was very welcoming and the bar and reception are open day and night. The room was comfortable and there are now English-speaking TV channels and tea and coffee in the rooms. Breakfast is average, but there are free takeaway sandwiches for lunch. The hotel is very close to a no. 12 tram stop, 10 minutes ride to the centre of Lodz. Also, a very short taxi-ride to the airport, less than 20 zloty (£5).

We would recommend this hotel.

Of all my visit in Poland, and with hotels with more stars and expensive the exact double of this hotel, this was BY FAR the most pleasing. I have no words, it's perfect. I have talked about it with my friends at home and have sent them photos of it. The style is sober. I liked it very much. It is conceived for business people, but I was a tourist, and it was very relaxing. Even the dispenser of shampoo in the shower... :D. Really, it was so pleasing that I lost many hours inside it.

The most pleaseant hotel I have ever been

Clean, bright room, comfy bed, helpful staff - nothing wrong with the hotel at all. Within walking distance to the Atlas Arena - one of the main reasons why me and my partner chose this hotel and we weren't dissapointed. Slightly longer walk to the Piotrkowska Street (approx 25-30 min), walking along many dug up roads - hopefully it'll be all sorted soon. If I'm ever back in Lodz again, will happily stay there.

Overall - good.

Nice hotel in a converted warehouse or factory. Location suited us for the station and the tram route to Widzew Lodz. Big room with large windows. Ate in the restaurant which was fine. Only drawback was at breakfast, the beans and sautéed potatoes had gone cold, and most of the other hot food was only warm. Didn't make a big deal of it as we had a train to catch.

Not bad. Good location for us.

We stayed one night for an event at the Arena. The hotel was within easy walking distance of that and the main shopping street. We arrived early and were able to check in (there was a slight mix up with the booking but this was quickly and easily sorted out). Room was very comfortable and large. Hotel was very quiet despite having many guests there. Nice lounge area where we had lovely cups of tea and the buffet breakfast was vast. Staff were all very nice and spoke good English which was really helpful since our Polish was limited to "dziękuję"!

Very handy for Lodz Arena

3 star hotel providing 4 star comfort and 5 star serviceA very friendly welcome awaits you at this impressive hotel having spacious rooms and all modern facilities. The receptionists speak good English and are very polite and helpful. The very varied breakfast having both hot and cold selections is much enjoyed in the restaurent which also has a superb lunch and dinner menu. The main tourist area of Piotrkowska Street and Manufacturer is within reasonable walking distance. I look forward to my next visit to the Focus Hotel.
