51 reviewsWe never stayed in Stanica for the night, but we were usung their restaurant few times, always on the way back from exploring Bieszczady, to the civilisation. Stanica Chreptiów has been built in absolutely best spot possible - views towards the highest parts of Bieszczady mountain group are just perfect. We were lucky enough it was always clear blue skies, when we've been to Chreptiów, so always were taking those views for as long as we could. The name of the place, and it's shape, are supposed to resemble those from the book by Sienkiewicz and from the film made on its basis, titled "Pan Wołodyjowski" - movie plan for that film was built in Lutowiska, but in slightly different location, and it didn't last for long after the film was shot. Everytime we were there we been sitting outside, to enjoy the weather, but supposedly there's air-con inside, so it possibly would be a bit cooler. My favourite dish of the menu was Wild boar roast (200g) in boletus mushroom sauce from Bieszczady forests served with boiled or roasted potatoes and a set of salads. Prices at the higher end of mid-range. Can't wait to get back there.
